This program is designed for change makers who are already contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals Agenda or aspire to develop the impact component in the region. We aim to inspire program participants to build a better future through commercially successful social businesses whose impact is positive, can be planned, and measured.

• Impact Planning: What is impact planning and why is it essential ? How does it differ from just business planning? What could the planning algorithm be (goal, image of results, theory of change, resources and tools, timelines, metric systems)?

TRAINING STRUCTURE
The training program spans three weeks. Within each week, participants study longreads, complete checklists, undergo self-assessments procedures, and delve into reflective questions. Most importantly, they participate in public discussions with experts.
The course is offered free of charge, but we kindly request your commitment, as you are investing your time in shaping a better future on our planet. To participate, you will need a computer or smartphone and allocate 3-4 hours per week to study materials and attend meetings.

The program is suitable for:

Why is participation in Cartier Academy for Entrepreneurs programs free?
Cartier believes in supporting change-makers who aspire to create a better future. In collaboration with global initiatives like the Cartier Women’s Initiative and Young Leader Award (Red Club x Cartier), the Cartier Academy for Entrepreneurs platform aims to strengthen and enhance the community of social entrepreneurs in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
What is the result after completing the course?
• Participants will have an understanding of Social Impact, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) concepts, and the distinction between goals and tasks within SDGs.
• Participants will know what Social Impact Business is and will be able to differentiate it from businesses without a social component.
• Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to plan impact in existing businesses or from scratch:
- Setting goals and defining the desired outcome.
- Understanding how to evaluate/measure goal attainment.
- Recognizing the necessity of resource consideration (time, money, infrastructure, people, etc.).
• Participants will know what Social Impact Business is and will be able to differentiate it from businesses without a social component.
• Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to plan impact in existing businesses or from scratch:
- Setting goals and defining the desired outcome.
- Understanding how to evaluate/measure goal attainment.
- Recognizing the necessity of resource consideration (time, money, infrastructure, people, etc.).
How long does the application review process take?
After submitting your application, the expert committee will review it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your application. If you are accepted into the course, you will receive an email with a link to the Telegram channel where announcements will be made, and access to your personal account on the Cartier Academy for Entrepreneurs website will be granted.
